GETTING MY 台灣手遊 TO WORK

Are not able to login towards the app. Continue to keep acquiring an mistake. Application is English even so the error is in Chinese so I don't know what it really is. Rebooted phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned off details for a couple of minutes, but no use. I however are not able to log in towards the app.--------------------------------
